The Unifortes egg washer is modular in nature and designed to achieve flexible capacities and washing results. The commercial egg washer can be perfectly placed in-line with various industry egg breakers, egg packers or graders. Each egg washer consists of a washing and drying module and can be equipped with an oiler to ensure the shelf life of the washed eggs.

The Unifortes industrial egg washer can operate stand-alone or in-line with egg packers, graders or egg breaking machinery. The washer consists of a washing section, rinsing section and distinct drying systems – the egg washer can be executed with an oiler. Our egg washing machines can be equipped with robotics and handling to increase the output per hour.
Washing table eggs, when done correctly, shows a proven advantage for both egg producers and end consumers. Specifically, washing eggs significantly reduces the amount of bacteria present in the shell and therefore reduces the health risk.
