The Unifortes washers can incorporate different centrifuge and blow-off systems for the automatic reduction of the moisture on your washed product.
The centrifuge drying systems are spin dryers using high speed to force liquids to leave the washed products. This system achieves a drying result of up to 2 grams of residual moisture. The blow-off systems use a ventilator for reducing the moisture on your products, this causes the temperature to rise to 40 degrees Celsius. The high-pressure fans are placed in a stainless steel housing with water recuperation. Due to this design the possible contaminated air is kept outside of the installation preventing contamination and maintaining the inside air temperature. All Unifortes drying systems can be implemented in-line with Unifortes cleaning systems or positioned as a stand-alone machine.
