The Unifortes egg washer cleans and disinfects chicken eggs perfectly. It consists of a washing and rinsing section, and distinct optional drying systems. In addition, oilers can be added to the washer to increase the shelf life of the eggs.

The Unifortes egg washer can operate stand-alone or in-line with egg packers, graders or egg breaking machinery. The washer consists of a washing section, rinsing section and distinct drying systems – the egg washer can be executed with an oiler. Our egg washing machines can be equipped with robotics and handling to increase the output per hour.
Washing table eggs, when done correctly, shows a proven advantage for both egg producers and end consumers. Specifically, washing eggs significantly reduces the amount of bacteria present in the shell and therefore reduces the health risk. Due to its modular and standardized design the egg washer can be adapted according to the pollution and capacity requirements.
