Egg tray washer
On display at EuroTier: the Unifortes Egg Tray Washer! This specially designed machine is perfect for washing 30-cell egg trays, including the Eggs Cargo System (ECS), across diverse egg-handling operations. It can be configured with optional drying and handling solutions to maximize speed and efficiency.
The Unifortes egg tray washer series is specifically engineered for washing 30-cell egg trays. We provide tailored solutions to meet any hygiene standard and capacity requirement, compatible with all major egg tray types, including the Eggs Cargo System (ECS). Our UNI-BW450.2X30ET model, with a capacity of 8,000 trays per hour, currently achieves the highest throughput.
This series includes models with both washing and rinsing sections and is available in single- and double-line configurations. Thanks to a modular, standardized design, each machine can be customized to suit different tray types, contamination levels, and capacity needs. Many of our egg tray washers are equipped with stacking and de-stacking units, and they can also be fitted with a spin dryer for optimized drying efficiency.
