Our crate washers are individually designed, developed, and configured to meet each user’s unique requirements, ensuring cost-efficiency and environmental sustainability. The Unifortes crate washers are constructed from stainless steel and feature an open design, making them user-friendly and easy to operate. The Basic crate washer provides a standardized solution with essential options and expandability, making it ideal for lower capacity needs. However, its modular design allows extensive customization to suit a range of cleaning requirements.
This industrial crate washer can be equipped with various drying and filtration systems, achieving throughput rates of up to 2,000 crates per hour (based on E2 crates). Actual capacity and throughput may vary significantly based on crate type and contamination levels.
