The degree of pollution within the fish processing industry is relatively low. However, the type of pollution such as scales, can cause clogging within the spraying system if the washing water is not properly filtered.
Another challenge within this industry lies in the very short time between intake and release of the product carriers, not to mention it’s salty environment. It is therefore very common to construct your cleaning systems from stainless steel 316 instead of our regularly used stainless steel 304. To prevent your spraying system from clogging, we standardly equip washers that are used within the fishery sector with a different filter plate: a much finer filter. Our range of filters can be placed in-line with your washer, to even clean your washer water more thoroughly and make the system more environmentally friendly.
