Delivering high quality and delicate sweets and chocolate require perfect clean moulds. To achieve such perfectly clean product carriers, thoroughly washing and drying is a minimum requirement.
Using demineralised water in the final rinse section will ensure your moulds getting dried without leaving any unevenness in the mould. A dried drop with lime residues in it can cause an unevenness which then also becomes visible on the chocolate. To prevent this, Unifortes dryers offer an excellent solution. Our air recirculation dryer uses blow-off techniques to dry your trays, crates, moulds, pallets and pans. We offer stand-alone and in-line solutions for the automatic washing and drying of your product carriers, for very diverse capacity requirements. Our Industrial Cleaning System is a modular system, and able to grow with your organization.
