Your trays might come out of the oven, are emptied, washed, dried and reused. Because loaves are transported in crates, it is important that your washed crates no longer contain any moisture. Moisture might be absorbed by your fresh baked bread or other products. To maintain your excellent quality, you want to dry your product carriers perfectly in order before they go back into the production process. Our air recirculation dryer uses blow-off techniques to dry your trays, crates, molds, pallets and dollies. We offer stand-alone and in-line solutions for the automatic washing and drying of your product carriers, for very diverse capacity requirements.
