Custom-made pallet washers

We use the latest technology and base our highly advanced pallet washing systems on the most efficient and cost-effective solutions. The Unifortes pallet washers are suitable for cleaning all kind of pallets that are used in a wide range of sectors.

A solid stainless steel system, the industrial pallet washing machine consists of at least one washing section and a rinsing section. Through side guiding the pallets stay in the right position while cleaned. In the rinsing section, the pallets are being rinsed with fresh water. Furthermore, we use 3D simulations of spraying patterns to find the optimal spray pattern per product. Unifortes pallet washers are also available with dual lane transport for higher capacity requirements and can be equipped with drying, filtration and handling systems.
